Terms of Service

by an Indian enterprise.
b) Use of the Website is conditional on your acceptance without change of all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained in these Terms, as they may be updated from time to time on the Website. khethari.com maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse a User's registration on the Website without assigning any reason.

2. User Account, Password, and Security:
After completing the Website's registration process, you will be given a password and account designation. You are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your password or account, as well as for maintaining the secrecy of the password and account. You undertake to immediately alert khethari.com of any unauthorised use of your password or account, as well as any other security breach, and to ensure that you quit your account at the conclusion of each session. khethari.com cannot and will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your failure to comply with Section 2.

5. Limited User:

Website. Limited replication and copying of the Website's content is permissible as long as
Khethari's name is acknowledged as the source and formal permission from khethari.com is
obtained. It is clarified, for the avoidance of doubt, that limitless or wholesale reproduction,
copying of the content for commercial or non-commercial reasons, and unauthorised change of
data and information within the Website's content are not permitted.

6. User Conduct and Rules:
You agree and promise to use the Website and Service only to publish and upload appropriate messages and materials. You agree and undertake that when using a Service, you will not:

7. User Warranty and Representation:
The user guarantees, warrants, and certifies that the content you provide is yours or that you have been given permission to use it, and that it does not infringe on the property rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of others. You also warrant that, to your knowledge, no action, suit, proceeding, or investigation has been commenced or threatened relative to any content, including trademarks, trade names, service marks, and copyright previously or currently used by you in connection with khethari.com's Services.

8. Exactness Not Guaranteed:
Khethari.com expressly disclaims any and all warranties concerning the finish and appearance of the finished Product as requested by the user. Any items, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained over the Website may not meet your expectations in terms of quality. suggested change, you have the option to reject it by answering within 10 days of receiving it.

Users are encouraged to independently check the
authenticity of all material before placing any reliance on it. Our store is handled by khethari and hosted by Shopify Inc. They give us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you, and our web page makes use of Shopify's secure and safe transition services as well as Gateway Integration for
payment processing.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold khethari.com harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by khethari.com that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant, or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you.

13. Pricing:
Product prices are listed on our website and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. All prices are in rupees of India. Khethari reserves the right to change prices, products, and services at any time.

14. Shipping:
When khethari ships your order to the shipping carrier, you will receive title and risk of loss for all products you ordered. COD rules differ depending on the transaction value, products, shipment location, and other factors. For specific instances, khethari reserves the right to offer ordeny COD.

15. Termination:
a) If khethari.com thinks, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have broken, violated, abused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms or otherwise acted unethically, it may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service.
b) Regardless of Section 15.a, these Terms will continue to apply forever unless and until khethari.com decides to cancel them.
c) If you or khethari.com terminates your use of the Website or any Service, khethari.com has the right to remove any content or other materials related to your use of the Service without obligation to you or any third party.
d) You will be responsible for paying for any Services or products you have already ordered until either party terminates the Agreement. You will also be entitled to your royalty payments under the User License Agreement that have accrued to you or are lawfully deemed to have accrued to you.

16. Governing Law:
These agreements shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian law, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

17. Severability:
If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the invalidity or unenforceability will apply only to that provision or part of that provision, and the remainder of that provision, as well as all other provisions of these Terms, will remain in full force and effect.

18. Report Abuse:
Users are solely responsible for any information or content published to the Website under these Terms. Users may be held legally liable for their contents and may be held legally accountable if their contents or material contain defamatory remarks or anything protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
