Terms of Service — Khethari

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using khethari.com (the "Website") or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

khethari.com is an e-commerce platform operated by Khethari Agritech Private Limited ("Khethari," "we," "us," "our"), an Indian company, offering agricultural inputs and related products to customers across India. Khethari enables customers to purchase genuine agricultural products — including seeds, crop protection products, fertilizers, farm equipment, and related accessories — sourced from multiple supplier brands. Products may be purchased through the payment methods made available on the Website, and specific products may carry additional terms disclosed at the time of sale.

Khethari reserves the right to change prices, products, and available services at any time without prior notice. All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

14. Shipping
Title to, and risk of loss for, ordered products passes to you once the shipment is handed over to our shipping carrier. Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on the order value, delivery location, and other factors determined at checkout, and may not be available for every order.

15. Termination
Khethari may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to Khethari, other users, or third parties. You remain responsible for any products already ordered or dispatched prior to termination.

16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
