Mode of Action

Profenofos is an organophosphate that inhibits acetylcholinesterase (AChE), causing acetylcholine to accumulate at nerve synapses and driving the pest’s nervous system into overstimulation and collapse. Fenpyroximate inhibits mitochondrial electron transport (Complex I), cutting off energy production in target mites and insects.
