Katyayani Bhasam | Beauveria Bassiana Bio pesticide

Katyayani Bhasam (Beauveria bassiana) is a bioinsecticide derived from a naturally occurring soil fungus, formulated as a liquid concentrate (2×10⁸ CFU) for extended shelf life and effectiveness compared to powdered versions.

Targets:

• Aphids, whiteflies, thrips, mealybugs, jassids, leafhoppers, caterpillars, termites, grubs, beetles, and bollworms

Benefits:

• Safe for humans, pets, and beneficial insects such as ladybugs and bees
• Residue-free, safe for application up to harvest
• Spores remain active on plant surfaces for several weeks

Dosage & Application:

• Foliar spray: 5 ml per litre of water
• Soil drenching: 750 ml–1 litre per acre, or mixed with 250 kg of organic fertilizer or field soil
• Drip irrigation: 1 litre per acre

• Papaya, sapota, watermelon, cotton, groundnut, tomato, brinjal, chilli, and others
