Dr.Bacto's VBM - 4K

Dr. Bacto’s VBM has a consortia of fungi like Verticillium lecanii, Beauveria bassiana, and Metarhizium anisopliae, which are entomopathogenic fungi. It contains fungi, which interrupt the metabolism of the insects, resulting in killing them. 

The product is made up of probiotic organisms. It stimulates the crop’s defense mechanism, which makes it resistant to pests and insects.

Mode of Action: 

• The general model of infection comprises six stages in the following order: adhesion, germination, appressorium formation, penetration, colonization of hemolymph, and extrusion with sporulation, which can also be found in other entomopathogenic fungi. 

• In this way, any entomopathogenic fungi infect the host and kill it.

Dosage:

• Soil Application – 1-1.5 Kg per hectare;
• Foliar application – 1 gm per liter of water
