Refund policy

Refund Policy — Khethari

Khethari Agritech Private Limited wants you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for orders placed on khethari.com.

1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email khethariagritech@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted, except where required by law.

2. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all seals, labels, and tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice). We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, report it to khethariagritech@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you once the issue is verified.

4. Seeds and Live Plants
Because germination and plant survival depend on soil, weather, storage, and handling after delivery — all of which are outside our control — seeds and live plants are covered by this policy only for verified transit damage or a verified defect at the time of delivery (see Section 3). We do not guarantee germination rates or plant survival once delivered in good condition.

5. Refund Process and Timeline
Once we approve a return or a damage claim, we will notify you by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer) within 10 business days of approval. If a return requires the item to be sent back to us, the refund is processed after we receive and inspect it.

6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, defective on arrival), we cover return shipping.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

7. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, installed, or had their packaging opened beyond inspection (unless defective), and any item marked "non-returnable" on its product page, cannot be returned.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead follow the return process above. If you paid online and cancel before shipment, any payment gateway transaction fee actually charged to us by our payment processor may be deducted from your refund; we do not charge any additional cancellation fee beyond that.

DELIVERY POLICY
**YOUR ORDER SHOULD BE DELIVERED WITHIN 5-7 WORKING DAYS **
The delivery schedules are only estimates, and there may be occasional delays due to
unforeseen events. "If delivery or performance dates are not met due to circumstances
beyond our control, such as force majeure or any other unforeseen incident" affecting our
component suppliers, the agreed-upon deadlines will be extended for a reasonable duration.
Delivery may take some time if there are several goods.
